FLYING SOLO

I'm about to leave the warm confines of my home to go and (fingers crossed) get on a plane to Amsterdam. I'm definitely looking forward to fun weekend with family who I haven't seen for years; perfect time to catch up. 'Till Tuesday!

DEAR SANTA...

Feeling festive so thought it was time to start checking out the things I'm wishing to find in my stocking...I promise I've been a good girl.

THE Rick Owens leather. Please oh please!

These cutie fairy lights are made from egg cartons so I guess this could be a DIY gift to myself.

Cant go wrong with this fedora from La Cerise Sur Le Chapeau. Last winter I was all about coats...this winter hats are having their prime.

Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. Has been on my to-read list for months now.

Still searching for the Perfect Persian. Rug, that is. Could this be it?

What could be better for the festive season than this collar from Topshop. No party dresses needed.

For the good of my work, honest.

Peace ring, please.

Marni goats hair bag, for fun mainly(MANE-ly, ho ho.)

Cutler and Gross sunglasses. Leave me lusting for sun. May be useful in this early morning sunshine, especially with the dazzling snow.

Eve town bike, that basket is begging for my books.

GOODY TOO-MANY SHOES

I would definitely walk a mile in ANY of these beauties...
Michael Kors Clogs. I'm heading to my homeland soon on a weekend trip to Amsterdam, these are a must.
Lanvin Sneaks. Sporty chic in shoe form.

Chloe booties for a weekend in the country?

Seriously edgy Acne ankle boots

Badass biker boots from Chloe

Camilla Skovaard. These shoes are pure art. I came across them at Dover Street Market a few weeks ago and have been lusting ever since...

NADAV KANDER

Nadav Kander's exhibition of Chinese city scapes, brought to my attention by the lovely Richard Nicoll.
Can be found at Flowers East on Kingsland Road.

THUGZ MANSION

This makes me want to party in a playhouse.

INTO THE WILD

Thanks to my Sky+ box, I rediscovered one of my favourite films of all time this week.
Exceptionally beautiful in filming, scoring and storytelling, Into The Wild tells the true story of Christopher McCandless who rejected his suburban life to go on the road to live in the wild in Alaska. A story of self discovery, if you have not seen it I beg of you, do.

'Happiness only real when shared.'

The real Christopher McCandless, 1991.
